*,**) These reduced students’ fees (undergraduate and graduate one) could be granted, and lodging in students’ dormitory secured, only upon the necessary condition that the student will submit a finalized manuscript for publication in AIP Proceedings during his/her registration at the Conference.

(*) Students who are not working as research assistants. Student’s status confirmation is needed.
The registration fee includes:
– Entry to the scientific program and poster sessions
– Electronic Book of abstracts on USB
– Certificate of attendance
– Welcome reception
– Coffee break beverages
– Up to one submitted manuscript per registration fee
Additional fee of 45 € (50$) will be charged for each additional manuscript submitted for publication.
No fee will be charged from BPU Past Presidents, BPU Executive Committee Members, Acting Presidents of National Societies
Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation and conference dinner! Conference dinner will be organized on 29.08.2018. Details will be announced later. In case you plan to participate, you should add the amount of 40 euro when you transfer the conference fee.
Payment can be made with bank transfer only!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Before 31.07.2018 – 100% refund, less a 30% for bank fees
After 31.07.2018 – no refunds.
CONFIRMATION LETTER
A letter of confirmation will be sent to participant on receipt of the payment.
REGISTRATION DESK
On arrival at the Inter Expo Center – Sofia, participants are kindly requested to contact the registration desk situated next to the conference halls where they will be supplied their registration badges and conference materials.
