Both abstracts and manuscripts have to conform to the templates of the American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Proceedings (Microsoft Word or LaTeX format). There is no special template for abstracts. The authors should point out whether they prefer poster or oral representation.
Abstracts accepted by Scientific Committee (oral presentation/poster) will be included in conference program and will be available on-line on the conference web page. Please transfer the file to the laptop computer in the session room during the break between the sessions.
For each poster presentation 100cm X 80cm (portrait) space will be available. Poster presentation times will also be announced in conference program. Please note that the venue does not provide printing facility for posters.
