The conference organizers would like to encourage you to start working on your abstracts.
Conference Dates: 26 – 30 August 2018
Abstract submission deadline: 1 May 2018
Notification of acceptance: 15 May 2018
Early registration fee deadline: 1 June 2018
Registration fee deadline: 15 August 2018
Manuscript submission deadline: 31 August 2018
Applicants who want to participate in BPU10 must register on the conference website.
Participants with an oral or poster presentation are required to submit abstract in pdf format via On-line submission system, available after registration. Same is valid for the submission of manuscripts.
Both abstracts and manuscripts have to conform to the templates of the American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Proceedings (Microsoft Word or LaTeX format). There is no special template for abstracts. The authors should point out whether they prefer poster or oral representation.
Abstracts accepted by Scientific Committee (oral presentation/poster) will be included in conference program and will be available on-line on the conference web page. Some oral presentation applicants may be asked by scientific committee to prepare poster representations in case of shortage of time slots for oral presentations.
The authors will be informed for the type of the presentation at August, 1st.
Presentation Guidelines
The length of an oral presentation will be restricted to 15 +5 minutes for Q&A. It is 25+5 minutes for an INVITED oral presentation. Presentation dates and times will be announced in the program. Oral representations must be prepared as MS PowerPoint sideshows or pdf on USB memory sticks. Session rooms will be ready with laptop computers, which the speakers are encouraged to use for their presentations in order to avoid delays in schedule. Please transfer the file to the laptop computer in the session room during the break between the sessions.
For each poster presentation 100cm X 80cm (portrait) space will be available. Poster presentation times will also be announced in conference program. Please note that the venue does not provide printing facility for posters. The authors are asked to prepare their posters in advance and be available for discussions through the entire duration of the session.
